Golf Outing -  7/24/2010

Chairman Bill Fisher emphasized that the outing was very successful.  There were 23 sponsors, 85 golfers and about 65 door prizes.  Profits were 26% ahead of last year.  Kudos to Richard Narwold for rounding up all of the teams along with Bill Hines who found sponsors and door prize contributors.  Also Sue, Claire, Cathy, Ray and Mike cooked and presented a hearty lunch.  Bill congradulated tne membership who accepted the challenge and came through even with the(more)

Governor's Visit, Farmland Division -  1/22/2009

The Farmland Division Governor's Visit was held at The Sherman House in Batesville, Indiana on Thursday evening.  There were 40 in attendance.  The Clubs that attended were Batesville, Greensburg, Lake Santee, Madison, New Point, Osgood, and Vevay. A Officer's meeting was held before the main event started led by Governor Terry  White.   Lt Governor Bob Fitzpatrick opened the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance led by past Lt. Farm City Banquet -  11/18/2008

The Farm City Banquet was held Tuesday November 18, 2008 at the Middle School.  MC for the evening was Kiwanis President Mike Montini.  132 guests were in attendance, 22 being FFA Members, and 13 Kiwanis members. The Speaker for the evening was William "Buzz"  Weberding.  He gave history of the Family business, also had on display the first piece his father had carved. Kiwanis members helped to set-up and served soft drinks. nf
